Hot Fun in the Summer Time - with Laura Donefer

This summer I had the pleasure of taking an amazing course with Laura. Her techniques are unconventional and wild. It was great to be challenged to work with textures and forms that I haven`t done before. Also got a great technique for making low form bowls from Laura`s TA Aleks (Thanks!!). Jaan & Ben kept the hot shop running throughout the week. Thanks Guys! In addition to keeping us supplied with hot glass they are always around and great at giving us pointers & coaching to improve what we were doing.

 Here he is demontstrating making a pull of ribbon cane. He produced several pieces of ribbon that we stored in the garage and were able to pick them up as we needed them.
